I was so pleasantly surprised to see the new ELF (eyeslipsface) section of the Cosmetics dept in Target. I went to this area to buy EOS (evolution of smooth) lip balm. I never did find it at Target however, I made a greater discovery with ELF. This means I no longer have to shop exclusively online at www.eyeslipsface.com. It also means if I just want to purchase one or two things, I don’t have feel pressured into buying other items in order to qualify for free shipping. *whew*.
